3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase may qualify for a refund, subject to deductions.


2. Deductions include:

Payment Gateway Fee: 3% of the paid amount

Processing Fee: 5% of the paid amount



3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.


4. Refunds typically take 7–10 working days to process.


5. During peak times (holidays, special events, etc.), processing may take longer.



Note: If the refund request is deemed invalid, the user will not be eligible for a refund.

3.1 Refund Request Process

To request a refund, send an email to support@thesuccesswave.in from your registered email address, including:

Full Name

Registered Email ID

Registration Date

Valid Reason for Refund

Screenshot of Payment (with Date & Time)


Note: Refund requests without the required details will not be processed.

3.2 Refund Cancellation Policy

Once a customer cancels a refund request, it cannot be reopened or undone in the future.
